Design Approval
Rules for Design Approval and Correction

For now, you are only allowed to post a maximum of 10 designs per month! Everything exceeding that
will be declined right away and has to be reposed the next month.

Please also make sure you always post the imports in their full resolution, aka 4201x2400px
​

Sometimes users want to change the whole design after it got declined.
That's totally fine, but in this case, please don't use the design correction!
A whole new design means the admins need to check everything once more
so please post it at the regular Design Approval again.

You are free to add items from your bank during the design approval if you like!
If you do that, please write a comment under your import listing everything you're adding and where we can find proof you own it (f.e. "in bank" or a link)
But please, if your items cover a lot of the import itself, put a link to your design without items in the comments so we can correct it properly!

How to Submit a Design
2) Upload & Description
​
Upload your Design to Sta.sh on DeviantArt, copy the Import Description from here and fill it in with your genos infos.

Please mind: Do NOT upload the Import to your gallery.

3) Submiting your Design

Reply to this comment with the following form:
​
Design: "Stash Link" (make sure to add a link to your image)
Used Items: "leafcards. Background etc"
Design Master: "if you got your design from the Design Request - please add the name of the designer"
Proof of Ownership: "breeding link"
Please mind: Since dA Eclipse you need to add a link to your preview image if the file is in stash, otherwise we won't be able to check it. To do so, add the image, click it again, select the hyperlink icon and paste the link to your stash image once more.
4) Design Correction
If an admin asked you to fix your Design, please reply to this comment with the following form:
Old Design: "Stash Link"
New Design: "Stash Link"
Used Items: "leafcards. Background etc"
Design Master: "if you got your design from the Design Request - please add the name of the designer"
Proof of Ownership: "breeding link"

Please mind: Add Links to all previous design tries, not just the last one.
Do NOT delete any import files, even if they have been incorrect, until they've been officially uploaded to our archive! We always need access to previous correction comments!
5) After Approval
Once your design has been approved, all you need to do is wait for it to be uploaded to our archive account! Feel free to get started with your character already though!
Note: You may already suggest art or literature of characters that have not been uploaded yet to our group, but please remember to update the link to all your featured characters once their Imports are available. Only then will you be able to make certain requests like breeding permissions or rank-ups.
Redesigns
Design Approval for "Potion of Fancy new Look":
Should you want to completely redesign an existing Saliko, you'll need the appropriate item.

1. Go here and update your EP-Tracker of the Saliko you want to re-design. Any art that has not been approved before the design-change will become invalid and cannot be applied later.
2. Follow Steps 1 and 2 of the normal Design Approval.
3. Reply to this comment with the following form:

New Design: "Stash Link"
Tracker: "Link to your Tracker"
Used Items: "leafcards. Background etc"
Design Master: "if you got your design from the Design Request - please add the name of the designer"
