Getting Ready to Breed

Before you can breed your Salikos, they need to get their Breeding Permissions!
In order to do that, they need to fulfil 3 social prompts from a pool of choices.

Attracting a Breedable
You can attract Breedables on two ways, either by offering them a special Item or by doing a special prompt.
Attracting Breedables with an Item or breeding Tickets:
This is rather simple, once you found an Item that states it's for attracting breedables you can use it while posting a breeding request in the Items section.
However, please check the Breeable's rarity as certain Items are only for attracting Breedables of a specific rarity.
You can always attract Breedables of lower rarity but make sure you don't try to fool those with higher, as they might just steal your Item and refuse to mate with you.
Breeding Success Chance:
Breedings with a Breedable will never result in an empty litter, when you use an Item or a Ticket, however they possess no rank, therefore only the EP from your Saliko's Rank are inheritable.

Attracting Breedables with an enamoured entires and prompts:
This may happen on various ways, either you run randomly in a Breedable while questing or it's mating season and you can try your luck with an enarmoured entry.

General Information
Breeding Slots
you start with 5 Slots, with higher Ranks you can earn more slots.

Sobiri: 5

Lipkes: + 2 if your Saliko has the Tender - Call Lv1 (more information here)

Sharak: + 5

Parvo: + 4 if your Saliko has the Tender - Call Lv2 (more information here)

Imadu: + 10

Nivshem: you may go on quests that give you more Slots
(you can do them as often as you want, so technically your Saliko has unlimited slots now)

Litter Size
The litter size varies from 1-3 per litter

If your Saliko has the Tender Call the litter may vary from 1-4
also inbreeding won't cause massive damage anymore
​
There is no chance for an empty litter, however if your Saliko is sick or has a very low rank the mate might turn it down and no breeding will happen at all
(this won't use up one of the Saliko's Slots but still counts as a breeding attempt for you)

You can breed 3 times per month + two Split breedings (not hosted by you)

While Mating Season you have 5 attempts and 3 Splits

Inbreeding
if inbreeding is present your pup might be sick or even stillborn
(your Saliko is inbred once an ancestor is visible twice or more in it's Lineage)

the chance for a sickness per inbred pup is 90% (may be lowered by Items/the Tender-Call) and can cause
one of the following issues:

20% blind
(unable to obtain the Hunter-/Scout- or Warrior-Call, cannot participate in Games)
​
20% deaf
(unable to obtain the Hunter-/Scout- or Warrior-Call, cannot participate in Arena battles)
​
12% brittle Bones
(unable to obtain the Hunter-/Tender- or Warrior-Call, cannot participate in Arena battles, Games Lv3 and higher and can not breed)
​
12% weak body
(unable to obtain the Hunter- or Warrior-Call, cannot participate in Games, Arena Battles, the max size of a litter is 2)
​
36% stillborn
Breeding success chance
there are Items/Muations that higher/lower the chance for a successful breeding
(the percentages stack, so you may get more than 100%)

+30% Sobiri/Lipkes x Parvo or lower
+50% Sobiri/Lipkes x Imadu​​
+100% Sharak x Sharak or higher​​
+100% Nivshem x all ranks

Mane / fur Color:
-5% for uncommon fur color (does stack)
-10% for very rare fur color (does stack)
+5% for uncommon Mane (does stack)
+10% for rare Mane (does stack)
-100% Cave Face (does stack)

+10% for Social Call (does stack)
